Add research/frontier/ as the canonical, versioned repository frontier for the 2026-07-28 evidence boundary.

Scope

The analysis includes active/completed research program and evaluation artifacts plus canonical knowledge-platform architecture. Draft fixtures are evidence inputs, not accepted findings. Archived and superseded work is excluded unless already cited by a canonical artifact.

Canonicalization

Twenty-three document-level candidates were semantically consolidated into ten RFRs. This intentionally avoids issuing duplicate immutable records for the same underlying unknown. Document frontier files retain origin-level traceability.

Interpretation

Frontier scores are subjective ordinal prioritization aids. They do not constitute empirical effect estimates. RFR status is open; acceptance requires an explicit future governance decision. The analysis does not alter the current Cycle 004 execution priority and does not claim agent capability.
